Key Features & Benefits – AN4 60 degree swivel hose end fitting
The AN4 60 degree swivel hose end fitting is made for AN4 / -4AN setups and works with CPE, stainless braided or nylon braided hose; it is not suitable for PTFE hose, rubber hose or E85 use. The 60 degree angle creates a stronger direction change than a 45 degree fitting, while the swivel design helps with fitting alignment during installation.
It has an aluminum body and a female-to-male layout for oil, fuel, water, fluid, air, gas and coolant lines. Maximum working pressure is 68.95 bar (1000 psi), and the working temperature range is -53 °C to +122 °C.
When is this useful?
This version is useful when the hose needs to change direction fairly quickly but a full 90 degree turn would be too much. It also helps when the line route needs an intermediate angle to clear nearby components more naturally.

Selection & installation tips
- Hose type: Check that the system uses CPE, stainless braided or nylon braided hose, because this fitting is not intended for PTFE or rubber hose.
- Fuel compatibility: Choose it for systems that do not run E85.
- Angle choice: The 60 degree design is the right choice when 45 degree is too shallow but 90 degree would be unnecessarily sharp.
- System size: Make sure the matching components are built around AN4 / -4AN size.
- Operating range: Compare your system pressure and temperature with the listed limits.
Before installation, verify hose type, AN4 size, required angle, and the pressure and temperature range, then compare them with the listed details.
