The Epman 5.0-inch red intercooler quick-release clamp kit creates a weld-on connection for custom charge-pipe systems. The 5.0-inch (127 mm) internal size uses two aluminum ferrules that must be welded to the pipe ends, while a removable locking pin secures the joint.
The outer clamp body is made from solid billet 6061 aluminum with a red anodized finish. The kit includes two weld-on ferrules, O-rings, a union sleeve and a locking pin.

Selection & installation tips
- Pipe size: measure the actual outside diameter and test-fit the 127 mm ferrules before welding.
- Pipe material: the supplied ferrules are aluminum, so verify compatibility between the tubing material and the selected welding process.
- Seals: remove the O-rings before welding and reinstall them only after the components have fully cooled and been cleaned.
- Alignment: position both ferrules concentrically on deburred pipe ends without assembly preload before completing the welds.
- Pin access: retain enough clearance to withdraw the locking pin fully and remove the clamp body.
