The Epman 5.0-inch black intercooler quick-release clamp kit creates a weld-on connection with double O-ring sealing for custom charge-pipe systems. The 5.0-inch (127 mm) nominal size uses two aluminum ferrules that must be welded to the pipe ends.
The outer clamp body is made from solid billet 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish. The kit includes two weld-on ferrules, O-rings, a union sleeve and a removable locking pin.
When is this useful?
The pin-retained design creates a removable connection point in custom turbo and intercooler piping. Pulling out the locking pin releases the clamp body, allowing the pipe section to be separated without removing fastening bolts.

Selection & installation tips
