Universal radiator breather tank kit

Key Features & Benefits – universal radiator breather tank kit

The universal radiator breather tank kit suits cooling systems that use a 4 x 8mm barbed port layout and a separate breather tank. The kit includes an aluminum tank, cap, hoses, clamps and mounting hardware.

The 0.4L capacity, 60mm tank diameter and 195mm overall length with cap give a practical reference for checking installation space. This layout can fit systems where several cooling points are linked so air release and coolant filling are easier to manage.

When is this useful?

This kit is useful when a cooling system needs a separate breather point or an intermediate tank, for example when linking multiple cooling circuit points together. It helps organize hose routing and filling logic in custom or modified setups.

Technical specs

Selection & installation tips

• Hose size: confirm that the system uses 8mm connections and that the included or chosen hoses match that size.
• Installation space: compare the 60mm diameter and 195mm overall length with the available space, and leave room to access the cap.
• Hose routing: plan the four connection points in advance so the hoses do not kink and the venting path stays easy to follow.
• Mounting: review where the tank will sit and check whether the included hardware suits your own mounting layout.

Before installation, self-check hose diameter, the number of required connection points, available space and mounting layout, then compare them with the listed details.
