GiroDisc is a 100% American product. All parts are produced in GiroDisc production halls in Bellingham, Washington, USA. The materials come from reliable American suppliers.

The central part of the disc is made of 6061-T6 aluminum. The shield is made of GiroDisc patented cast iron, poured in the USA and processed from the beginning to the end on site at the GiroDisc headquarters. Cooling channels in the disc use a curved blade design to facilitate the release of hot air from the brake.
