The EPMAN aluminum oil catch tank 1L with filter and drain tap is a compact oil catch tank designed to collect condensed residue from the crankcase ventilation flow. It is universal and can be used for any engine as a crankcase oil trap tank, and it can also be used as a coolant radiator overflow tank.
The design includes a drain tap and a top breather filter for straightforward servicing and placement. The package includes a 10mm pipe connector for rubber hose, and the port layout supports common plumbing setups.
When is this useful?
This is useful when you want to route a crankcase ventilation line into a separate tank and collect what condenses out of the vapor stream. With the breather filter and drain, routine emptying and visual checks are easier when the tank is mounted with good access.
