A 38 mm outside-diameter nylon inline radiator-hose adapter with two ¼″ NPT ports and one bung. Installed in the upper radiator hose, it provides mounting points for a Davies Craig thermal sensor and/or air-bleed fitting.

What is it used for?

The adapter provides two standard ports in the upper radiator hose for direct coolant-temperature sensing and/or a separate air-bleed fitting. If only one port is used, the second can be closed with the supplied bung.
