We offer a product designed for BMW E46 users, addressing the common issue of the weak floor construction around the rear subframe mountings. Our product is intended to reinforce or repair and strengthen these critical areas in the rear part of the floor. The design stands out from the competition with excellent fit and maximum extension, and the bends are made in such a way that anyone can use a hammer to adapt them to the shape of their bodywork. It’s important to remember that these cars are over 20 years old, so the condition of different examples may vary, to a greater or lesser extent, from the original.

The product has been tested on a BMW E46 M3 – under the highest loads and forces.

For the reinforcements, 3mm thick S355 steel sheet was used.

The reinforcement requires welding into the original floor.

Our product is made in Poland by skilled professionals. It is laser cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
