We offer a product designed with the BMW E46 in mind. The side stays add extra stiffness to the body and also strengthen it. They require welding on the fender side.
Depending on the car's year of manufacture, the mudguard side may need to be bent to fit the part properly. This takes about 15s. of work in a vice.
The reinforcement is made of steel (S355) 2mm thick, the reinforcement is cut out on a laser and then bent on a CNC press.
