We offer lightweight door panels for the BMW E46 COUPE. They were made of aluminum, 1mm thick, so that one weighs only 1.2kg. Powder coated on one side. They perfectly function as both aesthetic and stiffening in the laminate door. Installation as desired, however, in our opinion, rivets or self-tapping screws will work best.
