Repair/Reinforcement Kit for Front Frame Rail – BMW E36

We offer a product designed for BMW E36 users, where after years of use the front control arm mounting point in the frame rail requires repair. Our product is intended to repair and reinforce this area. When properly welded in and protected, it will last for many more decades.

The set also includes a TEMPLATE, which must be used before cutting the bodywork. It should be aligned and a few holes drilled to create a reference point for correctly welding in the new reinforcements. If the drilled holes match the ones in the reinforcement, this means it is in the correct position.

NOTE: If a smaller area of the frame rail requires repair in your vehicle, the reinforcement can be trimmed accordingly (side walls)—in this case, there will be no need to open the so-called "triangles."

IN SUMMARY, the reinforcement can be welded in two ways:

• After opening the triangles: weld in the complete piece (the triangles are also available in our offer)

• Without opening the triangles: trim the side walls of the reinforcement

The listed price includes a pair – 2 pieces (left and right side).

The reinforcements are made from 3mm thick steel sheet (S355). Our product is made in Poland by skilled professionals. It is laser cut and then bent, which adds to its durability. The reinforcement must be welded into the frame rail.
