Reinforcement designed for the small head TYPE 215.

We offer a product designed with BMW E46 users in mind, which, as we know, are a common base for creating projects aimed at various motorsport disciplines. The purpose of installing such a mount is to distribute the forces acting on it more evenly.

The set eliminates the "famous" bushing no. 9 from the beam, which must be cut off from the beam. In its place, two additional mounts for the differential are welded to the beam. The differential should be assembled in a so-called "sandwich" manner, screwed to the beam using the front bolts, and the mounts welded. The mounts must be welded "in front of the differential" to allow for its possible later removal (as shown in the photo).

THE SET INCLUDES SCREWS for assembling the differential and attaching it to the new mounts in the beam.

The reinforcements are made of 8mm thick steel (S355).

Our product is made in Poland by skilled professionals. It is laser-cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
