We offer a product designed for users of BMW E36, of which we know a big problem is corrosion of the rear suspension beam. Our product is designed to reinforce or repair and strengthen the sensitive areas. These are not ordinary sheet metal, but a specially designed and properly bent/pressed set of reinforcements to fit any bends and curves. Depending on the condition of the beam, there may be only a slight need to hammer the rounded areas (tested on several beams and each differed slightly in condition from the others. Time has done its job).

To make it easier for you, in several photos we have marked in red the places for which reinforcements are intended.

For the reinforcements, sheet metal (S355) with a thickness of 3mm was used.

The reinforcement requires welding into the beam.

Our product is made in Poland by qualified people. Cut on a laser and then bent on CNC press brakes.
