We offer lightweight front door panels for the BMW E82. They are made of 1mm thick aluminum so that one weighs only 1,75kg. Powder coated on one side. They serve a great function both aesthetically and as a stiffener in laminate doors. Installation at your discretion, but in our opinion, rivets or sheet metal screws will work best.
