Realistic Volvo FMX construction trucks
The Majorette Volvo FMX Construction Truck models bring heavy-duty transport from the building site into your hands. This series includes three individually sold Volvo FMX trucks, each with a different body style and function, perfect for realistic play and display.
Die-cast metal and official Volvo license
Each truck features a robust die-cast metal body with finely moulded plastic parts for extra detail. As officially licensed Volvo models, they accurately capture the look of real FMX trucks – from the cab shape and grille to the authentic yellow and grey construction colours.
Free-wheel and functional moving parts
The trucks roll smoothly on free-wheel axles, making them easy to push across floors, carpets or construction play mats. Every variant includes opening or moving parts such as a fold-down ramp, opening container sides or functional trailer, adding extra realism and play value.
Available variants (each sold separately)
- FMX Low Bed Trailer – a low loader with foldable rear ramp, ideal for transporting wheel loaders and excavators to the job site.
- FMX Construction Container – an FMX truck with mobile site-office style container, featuring opening side panels for imaginative roleplay.
- FMX Show Truck – a box trailer truck with striking Volvo Construction Equipment graphics, making a great centrepiece in any collection.
Each vehicle is approximately 19 cm long (around 1:64 scale length for a tractor–trailer combination), and fits well with other Majorette construction machines and playsets.
Ideal for kids and collectors
The Volvo FMX trucks are recommended for children aged 3 years and over, thanks to their sturdy construction and easy-rolling wheels. At the same time, the detailed printing and licensed design make them attractive for adult collectors, especially when all three variants are combined into a complete Volvo construction fleet.
Educational, imaginative play
Operating the moving ramps and containers helps develop fine motor skills and hand–eye coordination, while teaching how heavy construction transport works in real life. The models have smooth, rounded edges but contain small parts that may present a choking hazard, so they are not suitable for children under 3 years.
