The Electrical diesel blow off valve with loud sound effect is an electrical diesel blow off valve (diesel BOV) that opens on throttle lift and vents charge pressure with a loud venting sound. This kit is intended for 25 mm connection setups on turbocharged or supercharged diesel applications.
The controller monitors the accelerator pedal signal and sends an impulse to the solenoid when the pedal is released, opening the valve. Opening duration is adjustable via an internal potentiometer in the 0.1–1.5 s range, and a red LED indicates operation.

Selection & installation tips
- Connection check: measure your charge pipe diameter and match it to the 25 mm connection and adapter layout.
- Signal identification: with ignition on, look for a wire that reads about 5 V when the pedal is pressed and about 0 V when released.
- Power wiring: connect the red wire to 12 V ignition through a 10 A fuse, and secure the black wire to a reliable ground point.
- Vacuum ports: use two ports for the vacuum source and the blow-off valve, and keep the third port available for atmospheric flow.
